You can always ask about any bunny. Sometimes circumstances change and a bunny will become available again.
Our Sales Policy
We accept cash, and credit cards with prior invoice payment ONLY!
We try to correctly determine the sex of a baby and will continue to check until they go to their new homes. However, babies' genders can't be 100% guaranteed.
When purchasing your rabbit please remember that it is up to you to verify and ask questions about any particular desired or undesired traits. This includes: health, sex, temperament, or any other aspect of the rabbit that is important to you.
We cannot offer any guarantees regarding a rabbit's temperament once it grows up. Every rabbit has his/her own personality and there are too many factors that can affect a rabbits disposition, including hormones, diet, and age.
Once a rabbit is purchased and leaves our establishment it is solely the responsibility of the new owner to care for its well being and maintenance. This includes any needed veterinary care.
When you take home a rabbit, you also go home with:

Q. How does the hold process work?
A. Submit a hold form for that bunny...
Q. How do I know what's going on with my bunny, Can I visit?
A. If you placed a bunny on hold that was not weaned we definitely stay in touch with you during this time. We will email you updates and pictures when possible. You are also able to schedule a time to come visit if you wish.
Q. What if I wanted a specific gender and I find out it's not the gender I wanted; do I lose my deposit?
A. No, In the event the bunny on hold is not the gender you wanted we can credit the $20.00 towards a different bunny or return your deposit.
Q. How long will you hold my bunny for me?
A. Without prior arrangements only until the bunny is weaned.
Return Policy
If you are unable to keep your bunny for whatever reason and cannot find a new home for him/her, you are welcome to return the bunny to us. This offer is valid for the life of the rabbit!
Our Conditional Warranty
We offer a full replacement warranty of same rabbit & value when available within the limits outlined below.
1. Any rabbit that becomes ill within 7 days of purchase
2. Any rabbit that dies within 7 days of purchase
Any evidence of abuse, neglect, improper diet, heat stroke, failure to follow feeding instructions, physical accidents, rabbits housed with other breeders rabbits, death or injury caused by other animals as determined by our veterinarian (at buyers expense) will render this warranty VOID. We also sex our rabbits between 3-4 weeks old and mistakes are sometimes made, we are not perfect (although we strive to be). We encourage and expect you to check the sex of the bunny you purchase before you leave. We usually try to remember to show our customers the sex and check the teeth in front of customers to show everything checks out ok but sometimes we forget. We will not be obligated to refund or exchange any bunny because of wrong sex, BUT we will consider it depending on the time-line it was brought to our attention, the sooner the better.
***This guarantee does not cover teeth (rabbits teeth are guaranteed to be free of malocclusion up to four months of age, replacement only, no refunds).

Personality, fertility, promise of wins or successful production We just cannot guarantee these things because we have no way of knowing for sure unless you are buying an older proven and matured rabbit. We cannot know for sure what a junior will look like as a senior (we can’t see into the future unfortunately) We only know what we hope for your new bunny to be, and from our opinion of our lines what the bunny's potential looks like it could be as far as quality show/pet/ brood. We also cannot guarantee how well a rabbit will place on the show table. We will not guarantee any rabbit to be show quality. We can only give our opinion from our experience if the rabbit is show quality or not when it leaves our house. For this reason it is up to you the buyer to do your homework on the breed you are buying and make sure you know everyone has their own opinions including all the judges on the show tables and many judges judge rabbits differently. In our experience judges opinions can be as different as night and day one can love your bunny and give it first place and the next judge could hate it and give it last place. We strive to better the quality of all our bunnies we are raising and hope to be able to provide many show winners now and in the future!
*Rabbits that become ill or die must be returned for replacement. We hope that in reading our policy you will understand that we strive to raise the best bunnies we possibly can and want to cover everything we can to help our new bunny friends get off to a great start!

- Available - This bunny can be purchased or placed on hold.
- Pending - Someone is interested, we are waiting on the deposit.
- Hold - Bunny secured and we are waiting on wean date or pick up date.
- Watching - We would like to keep it, so we are watching it as it develops (these can always become available as they may not be the color or gender we are wanting)
- SOLD - Bunny has gone to a new home.

- We DO NOT ship
- We will NEVER sell a rabbit for food
- We hold the right to deny and refuse a sale
- We never sell bunnies before they are fully weaned, i.e. 8 weeks or older

- A small bag of food we are currently using, to gradually transition to a new brand of feed, if desired
- Some hay
- Your receipt with your bunny's details
- Assistance in answering your questions and helping you as best I can

- Once we receive your hold submission we verify the bunny you requested is available.
- We will email you an Invoice for the $20.00 nonrefundable deposit, that payment can be made by any major credit card or debit card via Paypal or you can mail in a money order (NO PERSONAL CHECKS). We allow up to 3 days to receive your money order.
- Once payment is received your bunny will be marked as "HOLD" on our website.
